Easy Ringtones App Reviews

This is a simple and effective app, perfect for trimming existing sounds. I had one ringtone that was too large to use and I only needed to trim it. I didn’t need the bells and whistles that other apps had, just a simple trim and this fit the bill perfectly. The Set Start/End buttons are handy and helpful to get a first trim and then fine tune it with the text boxes. I’d give it 5 stars if not for the start and end text boxes being a little difficult to modify times - you have to be careful what you type otherwise it might reset on you. Easy fix though.

Fast, easy, lightweight, no-frills

This is an amazing easy-to-use application and generates ring tones from seemingly any audio format Ive dropped into it easily set the start/stop and quickly make, drop, and drag it to your "rings" on your device in iTunes and the ringer is finished and installed. Nothing could be simpler or more effective this is a really great tool. Very effective and pointed to its purpose. No confusing or extraneous functions or settings to worry with. Further, the price is unbeatable.

So far Ive had no luck with the program. Im running 10.6.8 on year and a half old Intel PowerBook. It just says "EasyRingtones cannot be opened because of a problem....check my version of Mac OS X" It is advertised as working with 10.5 or later.

Wow. Whomever is writing that this is less than the best ringtone creator has no understanding of Human Interface Guidelines. This app is so easy to understand and use that ther is absolutely no instruction manual needed at all ever. Congrats and thanks to Valeriy for making Ringtone creation super duper easy to do!

This app never crashed on me (2008 MBP). It works flawlessly and is so easy to use. All audio outputs are automatically configured for iOS devices. I only wish that it would output to MP3 also because I could then use it for a lot of other phones. Anyways, I really like this ringtone maker.

MacBook running OS 10.6.8 I really wish it had run. It looked great.

This is great if you want to start at the begining of a track. If you need a bit more precision, you should find something else. You can click the "Set start" and "Set end" buttons at the point near where you want in your music, but you cant edit the times to fine tune. Only good for sloppy work…which, I guess, is fine for most people.

dont work on 10.6.8

Tried running this on MBP with OS X 10.9.1. I can’t even drop a file into it successfully. Tried drag & drop from Finder as well as from iTunes. Neither one worked. So far I haven’t found a single ringtone maker that actually does something on my MBP. The search continues.

A very clean and straight forward converter. I generally do my prep work in an audio editor that allows compression and EQ, then use easy ringtones to convert to m3r. This program converts very nicely without any fuss. Thanks.
