If you could fine tune the ringtone and type the minutes, seconds and miliseconds in this would be a 5 star app, its good but that would make it great.

This is the most simple and fast app to make a ring tone. Once made it you have to drag the file to the Tones file of your Device in iTunes. Press Sync and is in your iPhone. That’s all !
